Excellant pre tour and during the tour support. Even for short day tour also Shilpis executive accompanied us. We were 18 senior citozens in our group. Malai Nandy and Bikas Das guided and arranged everything very well. Ganga sagar darshan and snan went off very well. Sunderban experience was very good. Good food at sunderban. Hotel staff at Kolkata was courteous and gave us good service. Driver is well behaved and helped us all over.

I had a very good trip with Shilpi. I had gone to Vaishnodevi with them. We were put up in a good hotel....food is sumptuous. The best part is Bikash babu always accompanies the group and takes care of every minute detail personally. Very satisfied.

I went on a tour of Badrinath from 1st-8th October with my mother and brother. My mother is 72 year old thus traveling to Badrinath was expected to be a challenge for her. However the trip went off very smoothly thanks to Shilpi. The hotels were very comfortable specially the one in Badrinath was excellent. We were provided with a highly comfortable car and experienced chauffeur. However what really stood out was the service provided by Shilpi. Bikash babu was in touch with me every single day. Badrinath is an area which is landslide prone however I knew that even if we get stuck somewhere I will get every possible logistics support from Shilpi. Reliability, trust worthiness and dependability - Shilpi epitomises these traits. Huge thanks to Bikash babu for organising such a comfortable and lovely trip. In future whenever I will travel with my mother , I will certainly avail of Shilpi's service because I know even if I get stuck in some unfamiliar terrain Shilpi will be there to bail me out.
